About the Artist
My name is Tayah but everyone calls me apox. I'm 33 and have been freelancing since 2021.Before I was working in freelance fulltime i was working in education. i had originally wanted to pursue something in art but was pushed to go in the direction of education. I followed what was instructed of me and completed my degree in 2014. i taught for 8 years in a variety of different settings, schools, youth programs, etc. Although I enjoyed helping people and young minds grow it just wasn't the job for me. I kept finding myself doodling in my work notebooks and planners, never once did i stop drawing.Covid hit pretty hard, and as you know, schools were impacted pretty heavily. This was the point I realized I needed to change career paths.Me and my hubby decided it was time to give my art a chance. I dabbled in some remote jobs while getting myself established. I now have a nice office where i can work and care for my doggos during the day. it has been a rough start with the market being so saturate with so many amazing artist but still i wanted to try. because of the amount of work it took for me to get here I now know what it means to enjoy your work. I will continue to strive to be the best artist I can be for you all.

Terms of Service - art
Below are the rules in which both you as the commissioner and me as the artist agree to when ordering from me. These rules are subject to change at anytime as i see fit for my business. if you don't agree to the terms listed below please Do Not inquire on a commission.
I only work with 18+
I only accept payment through Paypal, at this time. no echecks!!!!
Any payments made before i agree to the commission is considered a donation and will not be refunded.
You may not edit/copy/trace/alter my work in anyway unless told otherwise from myself, apoxalypsis. if allowed please give proper credit to me, apoxalypsisart.
you may not use my art in any sort of AI programs. this will result in an instant ban
You as the client(s), have the right to use the commissioned image in any non-commercial manner, with credit.
The only people allowed to upload/use the art created by me is myself and the commissioner.
I only offer refunds after 3 months from the day of purchase. you will get refund for the amount of work that hasn't been compelted. (example; If sketch is completed but you paid for flats, you will only be refunded for the flats not the sketch, and sketch image will be given to you)
I pride myself and my work being completed within a reasonable time frame. normal commissions can take up to 3 months total, this is the amount of time you have to request a refund through paypal. although I would appricate you communicating with me rather than refunding through paypal i personally feel better knowing you have that option if you feel you are being treated unfairly. please just communicate with me and im sure if there is an issue we can come to a resolution without drastic measures, if a refund is needed.
please reference my socials for updates before expecting me to reach out to each commissioner individually. i believe in clear/transparent communication with my commissioners so unless there is a delay specifically to your commission there will be an annoucement via; discord, twitter, bluesky, and furaffinity.
payment must be made upfront, unless stated otherwise.
IF for some reason I can't get in contact with you from the original site used for communication, (being muted, blocked, account closed, etc.) I have full rights to complete without any edits or modification due to limited/no communication. I shouldn't have to run around to try to contact you in regards to your order, this is your responsiblity as the commissioner. if you need to reach out on a new account to obtain your order please provide proof you were the original owner of the previous account.
I MUST HAVE A VISUAL REF SHEET OF YOUR CHARACTER FOR ANY COMMISSION (Even ref sheets). When it comes to ref sheets I want pictures of the species, color palette, details all on pictures.
i only offer collab work with other trusted artist. feel free to ask but please don't be upset if i decline.

Weekly commissions will take priority over other commissions. Normal commissions have a 1-3 month time frame for completion. Personal work will be done on my days off or after weekly commissions are completed on their day of being scheduled.
